Helicopters Over Dubai and Desert Feast
After a wonderful round of golf and private lunch at Emirates Golf Club, some Kalos Golfers toured around the expansive (and ever growing!) city of Dubai in helicopters, getting a birds-eye view of some of the city highlights: the Burj Khalifa, the Burj Al Arab, Palm Island (the original; a new larger Palm is under construction), The World Archipelago (a set of sand islands that when viewed from overhead, resemble the globe), and we even flew over Dubai Creek Yacht and Golf Club, our golf venue for Wednesday. This evening, we hopped in 4×4’s and rode out into the desert for an evening feast; the ride through the desert at night was an adventure! Guests were treated to dance performances and some even rode into the desert night aboard camels.
