Tour Directors
Tour Directors are the face of Kalos Golf on the road. They deliver seamless, high‑touch experiences that reflect our reputation for exclusivity and service. In advance of each journey, Tour Directors collaborate closely with our Golf & Tour Operations and Guest Services teams to ensure a flawless transition from planning to execution. Once on site, they are supported by a highly capable operational team, allowing them to focus on guest engagement, anticipation of needs, and team leadership. The ability to create camaraderie among sophisticated travelers — while maintaining exceptional standards — is what turns a great golf trip into a memorable Kalos journey.
Golf & Tour Operations
The Golf & Tour Operations team oversees the execution of Kalos Golf’s luxury travel programs. Their work ensures that every detail aligns with our five‑star standards. Responsibilities often include coordinating logistics with golf courses, hotels, ships, transportation providers, and local partners; managing tee times, pairings, touring schedules, and daily itineraries; and proactively resolving challenges in real time. This team plays a critical role in delivering smooth, consistent, and exceptional guest experiences.
Guest Services
Our Guest Services team delivers a highly personalized, concierge‑level experience for every Kalos guest. From accommodation guidance and pre‑departure planning to detailed travel communications and ongoing support, Guest Services Managers act as trusted advisors throughout the journey. With attentive phone and email support, they manage each detail with care — ensuring guests travel with confidence, ease, and peace of mind.
Marketing
The Marketing team is responsible for protecting and elevating the Kalos Golf brand, ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience at every touchpoint — whether someone is discovering Kalos for the first time or returning as a longtime alumnus. Through strategic storytelling and thoughtful communication, the team highlights what sets Kalos apart: exclusivity, access, and a connected community of passionate golfers and travelers. Every message reinforces our values and identity, attracting the right new guests while deepening engagement with our loyal travelers. The focus is always on quality over volume, creating content that sparks curiosity, builds loyalty, and fosters lasting connections.
Finance
Our Finance team provides the financial discipline that supports exceptional guest experiences and long‑term growth.
